Digital Product Refund Policy

PrimeWave Analytics provides digital, non‑tangible trading tools. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the wrong product

• Lack of trading results or performance expectations

• Not understanding how to install or use MetaTrader 5

• Claims that the indicator “did not work as expected”

• Any order where the file has been downloaded or accessed

Once the download link is delivered, the purchase is considered complete and non‑refundable.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following rare cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product

• You never received your download link due to a technical issue

• The file delivered was corrupted or incomplete, and a replacement cannot be provided

PrimeWave Analytics reserves the right to determine eligibility for exceptions.

Support does not include trading advice, strategy development, or custom modifications to indicators.
