1. Overview

PrimeWave Analytics provides digital trading tools, indicators, and educational resources designed for use with MetaTrader 5 (MT5). By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.


2. Digital Products

All products sold by PrimeWave Analytics are digital, non‑tangible goods delivered electronically. Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • You have a compatible MT5 platform

  • You understand how to install indicators

  • You purchase the correct product

PrimeWave Analytics is not responsible for user error, platform limitations, or trading outcomes.


3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use the indicator on your own devices.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the files

  • Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify the code

  • Claim the product as your own

  • Use the product for commercial redistribution

PrimeWave Analytics retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all products.


4. No Financial Advice

PrimeWave Analytics does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All tools are for educational and informational purposes only.

Trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

PrimeWave Analytics is not liable for:

  • Losses incurred from trading

  • Market volatility

  • Platform outages

  • Incorrect usage of our tools


5. Refund Policy

Because all products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • You were charged twice

  • You never received your download link

  • The file was corrupted and cannot be replaced
